‘We don’t sell cheap – we sell quality at low prices’. This is our guiding principle. We create quality gardens and plantscapes: we sell the garden accessories and interior accessories that we use ourselves to match our designs. Items for sale through the East of Eden Plants website have been used by us in a design, or we have seen and touched the item, and spoken to the manufacturer, at GLEE, the annual Garden & Leisure Exhibition for the UK industry at Birmingham, or other trade exhibitions. If the product has impressed us with its design and build quality, and the manufacturer can deliver direct to your door we ask for it to be included in our shop. We have found other products and suppliers through our commercial work. We are only interested in outstanding quality. If we come across an item that doesn’t impress us, we don’t sell it. You may be able to buy cheaper alternatives, no doubt, somewhere; but the quality may suffer. We believe in finding and using the highest quality affordable products available: this is what we sell on our web-site; life is too short to bother with less.

All items are direct from us or the manufacturer – no seconds
We believe online shopping is a viable alternative to high street and garden centre shopping: none of our suppliers will risk selling you anything but first class products, because they are the manufacturers themselves. Their reputation is on the line as much as ours. What is more, generally speaking, existing retail outlets are only interested in stocking what they can sell quickly. The range and quality of goods on show at the GLEE Exhibition is higher than you will find in general retail; retail stockists won’t risk being caught holding slow selling stock (slow because the quality is too high for fast sales turnover). The general rule is: manufacturers produce a higher quality than is generally available in traditional retail outlets.

We don’t hold vast stocks – therefore we can sell the manufacturers’ best items. You are the buyer: if you like the item, and like the price, buy it; you won't find better if you were to walk through the manufacturer’s own warehouse.

Direct Delivery
All items for sale will be delivered directly to you, via a carrier or postal service, straight to your door.

Accounts
Creating an account offers many advantages, including being able to view your previous orders and taking advantage of discounts for bulk and trade orders.

Delivery & VAT
All prices advertised include VAT. Delivery & handling charges are calculated by weight and quantity and are for delivery to UK Mainland. Delivery charge is halved for 3 or more plants. An additional charge is made for International delivery. Contact customer Support for details. There are no hidden extras. Deliveries will normally reach you within 7 working days by courier or Royal Mail.

Safe and Secure Payment
The on-line payment methods that we use are guaranteed safe and secure payment sites, and are in general use by other on-line shops in the UK. If we didn’t think shopping at East of Eden Plants was as safe and as rewarding as high street and garden centre shopping we wouldn’t do it.
