Please note that large items such as trees, including mature olive trees, are very heavy indeed. Standard delivery is to drop the items at the closest point a lorry can reach; it is up to you to arrange to how the items will reach their desired positions.
We specialise in Mediterranean, exotic and tropical plants, as well as UK trees and hedges - call us first for large or special plants, exotics and architectural plants which are not generally available. All of our plants are handled by us personally or by our specialist partner nurseries direct. Specimens are individually wrapped for maximum protection.
For large specimens (in any quantity) we will arrange a lorry delivery for you. Prices on application. Delivery charges are kept to a minimum!
All garden accessories are sent by courier or pallet throughout the UK mainland, directly from us, or directly from the manufacturer.
All prices advertised include VAT. Delivery & handling charges are calculated by weight and quantity.
We can send your order to a home, work address or designated other address, such as friend or relative. Simply complete the purchase form with your delivery option. For card payments, you will also be asked to provide the address linked to the card.
We do our best to send out your order within 5 working days, but it may be longer in our busy periods. Don’t worry, we will advise you by text, phone call or email when it’s being dispatched. Usually, we don't deliver at the weekends as the delivery surcharge is quite high. However we can quote for Saturday delivery.
Our partner couriers aim to deliver all the boxes up to 30 kg from next day to 3 working days after dispatch.
Larger orders are packed on pallets and usually delivered within 2 to 4 working days. However, depending on the road traffic, technical conditions that are independent of us, the delivery time frame is NOT guaranteed. Please let us know if you need a guaranteed delivery and we will try to accommodate that. You don’t normally need to wait at home for our courier to deliver. We don't ask for a signature when a delivery drop is made. You can use the field "Special Delivery Instructions" to indicate to the driver where he/she can leave the goods so as to keep them safe until you return home. However, for larger and fragile products, you may be asked by the pallet company driver to sign a delivery note to confirm that you have inspected the products for damage in transit. The driver is obliged to wait for 15 mins for you to inspect the products for damage
